As promised, we are going to run an Easter workshop from the 5th to the 9th of April.
Sessions will be 1 hour long and will start at 11am each morning (Irish time).
All sessions will be conducted online via Zoom. When you sign up, IDPF will be in contact with you close to the workshop date with login information. Please check Spam too.
Subjects covered will include:
- Energy Systems
- Core Stability
- Program design (you will be given plans to focus on after the workshop)
- Plus very useful information and tips each day
You will also get personal coaching during the sessions and you will have the opportunity to ask questions at the end of the workshop if needed.
- Lots of water
- Wear comfortable clothing
- A theraband
- A loop band(s)
- A dowel or similar (brush handle is fine!)
- A foam roller
- A small ball (tennis ball is fine)
- An exercise step or similar (12-inch box is fine!)
