IDPF instructors run weekly LIVE classes for you on zoom or other. Your monthly pass will allow you to attend all sessions available! Classes will run for 40 to 60 minutes depending on the session. Our session days and times are posted below. To get access to our sessions you must purchase a monthly class pass here and then we will contact you before the sessions with a link and password. When purchasing, please leave your contact number so we can send you your links on the day of each session. All monthly passes are valid from the 1st of every month until the last day of that month. New passes will have to be purchased at the start of each month if you wish to continue taking part in our sessions. See more details below.

We sometimes use resistance bands, steps/chairs, a small ball, and a yoga block for our workouts. If you have any of these items, please have them with you. If you don't, don't worry! We will change it up for you to suit.  

Our classes will run every Tuesday at 18:00 GMT and Friday at 17:00 GMT with more workout days coming soon! If you have any suggestions please let us know.

Note: We will be changing these times to suit people when they return to dance classes and school.
