Peter and Paul will be running weekly classes for you on zoom or other. Classes will run for 40 to 60 minutes depending on the session. Our next sessions will be posted here. To get access to our sessions you must purchase a class here and then we will contact you before the session with a password. The number of entries is limited. Please do not purchase your entry less than 12 hours before the class or you will not get your password on time. Please see the Zoom meeting link below:

We sometimes use resistance bands, steps/chairs, a small ball, and a yoga block for our workouts. If you have any of these items, please have them with you. If you don't, don't worry! We will change it up for you to suit.  

Our classes will run every Thursday at 16:30 GMT with more workout days coming soon!
