Each repetition should be done with the intent of feeling a high-quality contraction, however slow you may need to go to achieve this.

Each repetition should be done with the intent of feeling a high-quality contraction, however slow you may need to go to achieve this.
Workout Day One

Make sure you have at least one day to rest and recover between leg workouts. Other workouts from other programs can be done instead.
