Description

Every week, Irish Dancing Physical Fitness coaches Peter O’Grady and Paul O’Grady conduct training sessions, seminars, webinars, and workshops. To access all of these events, all you have to do is become a member. When you become a member, you will get access to these sessions at no extra cost.

Every time you want to take part in one of our sessions, you just have to visit this section and click the link below.

Classes available at present: (Irish Time)

Tuesday at 6 pm

Friday at 5 pm

Sunday at 11 am (starting the 15th Nov)

 

What Will I Learn?

  • You will learn new and effective training methods
  • You will get personal instruction from our trainers
  • You will get advice on injury prevention and rehabilitation
  • You will get to ask our trainers for advice on issues that you may have

Requirements

  • Resistants bands are used
  • Long dowels are used
  • Small massage balls and foam rollers are used
  • An exercise mat is useful
  • Make sure that you have lots of space
  • Set up your camera so that the trainer can see you clearly
  • Make sure your name is displayed if you want to get help from the trainer during the sessions
  • Mute your screen straight away
