Peter has introduced a new training method in recent years to Irish dancers which has proven to be very successful. The dowel technique is a method that he uses to help improve a dancer’s posture including upper body control and alignment. This same technique also teaches the dancer to move more efficiently, using the correct muscle groups without compensation. 8 weeks of dowel training and your posture will be better than ever!
