Yes. Our trainers assess dancers both in-person and online. This can be arranged by contacting us via our website or through one of our social media channels.
Most of our workouts require very little equipment when starting off. Therabands, Loop Bands , Jump Ropes and an Exercise Mat are the most common equipment tools needed. An exercise step or an alternative may be needed also. As you progress to more difficult workouts, this may change depending on the workout section.
